§ 1 What cookies are
Cookies are small text files saved in your browser’s memory while you use a website. They allow the website to recognise the user’s device and properly display content tailored to the user’s preferences.
Cookies do not contain personal data within the meaning of the GDPR on their own, but in combination with other information they may be used to identify a specific user.
§ 2 Cookies we use
The hansestudio.com website uses only cookies necessary for the proper operation of the service and performance cookies. We do not use marketing or profiling cookies.

§ 3 What we do NOT use
Out of conviction in user privacy, we limit data collection to the absolute minimum. On hansestudio.com we do not use:
- Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar or any other profiling tools
- marketing or retargeting cookies
- third-party cookies other than Cloudflare (necessary for security)
- cross-site tracking
If we ever introduce analytical cookies, we will ask for your consent before activating them.
§ 4 Legal basis for the use of cookies
- Necessary cookies — Article 173(3) of the Polish Telecommunications Act and Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller — ensuring the operation of the service).
- Cloudflare cookies — Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest — site security, protection against attacks).
For all of the above cookies no user consent is required, as they are strictly necessary for the provision of the service (operation of the site, protection against attacks).
§ 5 How to manage cookies
You can change cookie settings in your web browser at any time. By default, browsers accept cookies, but you can block them or set them to notify you before saving.
