01 How long does a project take from brief to deploy?
B2B content site: 4-8 weeks. WooCommerce store: 8-12 weeks. DE / IT / ES expansion adds 3-5 days per market. Exact timeline is set in the brief after scope audit.
02 Can I edit content myself after launch?
Yes · Gutenberg for text, images, posts. The WooCommerce store has its own admin panel. Layout and structure stay with us · the site won’t break from careless edits, and perf stays at 100/100.
03 What about hosting? Will you help me choose?
Yes. We recommend Hetzner CPX32 (Germany, ~17 EUR/mo) + LiteSpeed + Cloudflare · our default stack. We configure SSL, CDN, backup. We can also host with us (same stack we use for ourselves).
04 What happens after deploy? Any support?
Retainer 3-12 months (from 800 PLN/month): WP + plugin updates, security patches, perf monitoring, minor fixes, reporting. Without retainer · ad-hoc support at hourly rate.
05 Why not a page builder (Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, Visual Composer)?
Performance (Astra child theme ~50 KB CSS vs page builders like Elementor/Divi 200 KB+), security (less attack surface), portability (your site survives hosting migrations and rebrands without vendor lock-in). You edit content, we own the layout · clean role separation.
06 Multilingual · how does Polylang work?
Polylang free for 4-5 languages (vs paid WPML). Hreflang automatic, native speaker review before publishing. For DACH additionally Germanized for WooCommerce (Impressum, AGB, Grundpreis). Each language = separate URL prefix (/de/, /it/), SEO-friendly.
07 Payments and invoicing?
Standard 50/50: first installment on contract signing, second after launch. VAT invoice from HANZA Agnieszka Rostocka, VAT ID PL8522542738. Bank transfer or Stripe (card online).
08 What is an AI agent for business and how is it different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is a general-purpose chat · ask a question, get an answer, done. An AI agent for business has a persona matched to your industry, knows your data (Gmail, Calendar, CRM, documents), remembers previous conversations, and can perform concrete actions (draft an email, add a calendar event, check an order status in WooCommerce). It is a tool working for you, not just answering questions.
09 Is my company ready for AI? We are only 3 people.
Team size does not matter · what matters is whether you have repeatable processes that eat time. A solopreneur with 8 emails/day + 2 offers/week + 1 phone call is exactly the target for AI Assistant. A 3-person company with 50 orders/week is the target for automation. Start with an audit (1 500 PLN) · I will tell you whether AI gives you ROI in 3 months or whether it is not worth it at all.
10 Where to start — an audit or directly an assistant?
Always start with an audit (1 500 PLN, 4-8h discovery). What you get: a PDF roadmap with 2-3 concrete use cases matched to your company + ROI calculation per use case + a 1h call. After the audit you know what to buy instead of guessing. If you decide on an assistant or automation within 30 days · the audit counts as a deposit. The audit is never wasted time.
11 How long does implementation take and when will I see first results?
Audit: 1-2 weeks · roadmap + call. AI assistant: 2 weeks setup, results (time saved) visible from the first week of use. Automation: 2-4 weeks per workflow, measured in saved hours from day one after go-live. Flagship implementation: 8-12 weeks, ROI typically visible in the first quarter after launch.
12 What if AI does not work in my company — will I get a refund?
The audit exists exactly to rule this out before implementation. If the audit shows that AI will not give you ROI · I will say so directly and we will look for a non-AI solution (or cancel). After implementation, if assistant/automation does not work per spec · we fix it within the retainer package. Cancel retainer any month, no penalty. Setup fee is refunded if measured ROI is below zero after 90 days (rarely happens, but guaranteed).
